1. Use of the service
Cygnatica CRM is provided as a multi-tenant SaaS application. You agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms and your subscription plan.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for the activity of users you invite. Role-based access controls let you manage permissions within your organisation.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per staff user, monthly or annually. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. Data & privacy
Your use of personal data within Cygnatica is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
